Microwave Method:

Remove lid and metallic seal from the bottle
Place in the microwave and heat for approximately 30 seconds, and thereafter, approximately every 15 seconds until the chocolate is thoroughly melted
Shake well in-between the heating cycles

Caution – DO NOT OVER HEAT

Hot Water Method:

For Best Results, heat the water 40°C to 45°C
Place the chocolate drip bottle in the water and let it melt gradually
Once melted, shake-well and the drip will be ready for use

TAKE CARE TO NOT ALLOW WATER TO GET INSIDE THE BOTTLE OR CHOCOLATE.

AFTER USE, REMOVE THE NOZZLE, WASH IT IN WARM WATER AND LET IT DRY THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING IT BACK ON THE BOTTLE, READY FOR USE THE NEXT TIME.
