Returns and Replacements
1. Returns Policy
At Memorable Buys Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- Perishable items, custom orders, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival (which must be notified to Memorable Buys Limited within 24hrs of receipt).
2. Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. You may be required to return the original item before a replacement is issued.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us through our Returns Rquest Form (RMA Form) with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
